A custom programme is a sequence of decisions, not a single purchase order. Knowing the sequence makes the schedule predictable.
1. Enquiry
Send a drawing, a sample or a requirement. The useful information is the cross-section, the material preference, the optical target, the length, the colour and finish, the application and the expected quantity.
2. Feasibility and material selection
We review producibility — especially wall-thickness variation — and propose a material. Where the optical target is critical, the geometry and the grade are settled together.
3. Tooling
Die design and die manufacturing are in-house. Keeping tooling in the same factory as the extrusion lines is what shortens the correction loop on difficult sections.
4. Prototype
Trial lengths are produced from the production die, so what you measure is what production will deliver.
5. Approval
The approved prototype or drawing becomes the reference for every subsequent batch.
6. Mass production
Production is scheduled after approval, with inspection against the approved sample, protective packing and palletising to your requirement.
