Troffer covers: extruded, not moulded
Extruding a troffer cover instead of injection-moulding it keeps tooling cost low and makes wide and long sizes practical. The optical structure — prism pitch, emboss pattern or frosted face — is produced by the die, so it repeats consistently across the whole panel.
