Flat and prismatic covers for recessed troffer and panel luminaires.
- Flat, prismatic and embossed troffer profiles
- Widths to your luminaire size
- Snap-in and lay-in edge details
Product Overview
Troffer Light Covers Overview
Troffer covers have two jobs: deliver an even, low-glare surface and drop into a recessed frame without fuss. We extrude flat, embossed and prismatic troffer covers in PC and PMMA, with edge details that suit lay-in or snap-in frames. Because the profile is extruded rather than injection-moulded, long and wide sizes are economical and the length can follow the luminaire exactly.

Quality Control
How the profile is checked
Every profile is produced against an approved sample or drawing. We check incoming resin, approve the first piece, measure the profile during the run, and carry out a final appearance and dimensional inspection before packing. Optical grades are verified for transmission and diffusion consistency.
- Incoming resin inspection and batch traceability
- First-piece approval against the approved sample or drawing
- In-process dimensional checks on profile width, height and wall thickness
- Light transmission and haze measurement on optical grades
- Appearance inspection under standard lighting conditions
- Final random inspection before packing and palletising

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match an existing troffer cover?
Yes. Send a sample or a drawing with the width, thickness and edge detail and we will confirm material and transmission before quoting.
Are troffer covers extruded or moulded?
Ours are extruded, which keeps tooling cost low and makes long and wide sizes practical.
Can the cover be cut to our luminaire length?
Yes. Covers are cut to the length you specify, with end preparation as required.
