Buyers ask for paperwork early, and rightly so. This page lists the certifications and test reports behind the profiles we extrude, what each one covers, and what it does not. Copies of any document below can be attached to a quotation on request.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by CQC (China Quality Certification Centre) under certificate number 00124Q34175R1S/3300, covering the production of plastic parts for LED lamps at the Deqing plant. The certificate was reissued on 23 May 2024 and runs until 16 May 2027.

UL Component Plastics recognition, at material level
The polycarbonate compounds we extrude carry UL Component Plastics recognition, also known as a Yellow Card. The recognition belongs to the compound producers rather than to us, and copies of the cards are on file:
- UL file E242424, held by TEUN Chemicals Plastic Compounds Shanghai Ltd., covering Panlac PC compound grades.
- UL file E300275, held by TEUN Limited Resin and Plastic, covering Panlac PC compound grades.
Both cards list flammability classifications of V-0 and V-2 at defined thicknesses, so where a project needs a flame-retardant grade, the material side of the specification is already covered. Ask with your enquiry and we will confirm the grade against your drawing.
What this does not do is make a finished luminaire UL listed. Fixture-level listing is issued to the complete product by the certification body, and the UL 94 guide sets out what to ask a supplier for at that stage.
RoHS material compliance
Materials are supplied with RoHS compliance declarations from the resin producers, supported by SGS test reports held on file for PC and PMMA optical grades. If your project needs a report against a specific production lot, raise it with the enquiry and we will confirm what testing can be arranged for that batch.
