Routes
Two ways to start
Drawing-based production
Send a 2D cross-section, a 3D file or a dimensioned sketch. We confirm producibility, propose material and optics, then quote tooling and production together.
Sample-based production
Send an existing part. We measure it, confirm the material and optical behaviour, produce a drawing for your approval and then cut the die.
Tooling
Die design and manufacturing are in-house, so the prototype and the production profile come from the same tooling.
Prototype
Trial lengths are produced for your evaluation before the production run is released.
