Commercial fixtures are specified on efficacy and glare at the same time. A diffuser that scatters too much costs lumens; one that scatters too little shows the LEDs. We set the transmission and the surface structure against your photometric target, then hold the approved sample through production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help choose between a prismatic and a frosted cover?
Yes. Prismatic surfaces control glare and shape the distribution; frosted surfaces scatter more and hide the LED pitch better. We can supply trial lengths of both.
Do you support OEM programmes under NDA?
Yes. OEM and ODM work under NDA is routine for us.
What volumes do you handle?
Prototype lengths through to mass production. Tooling and the first production run are quoted together.
